Established in 2000 by Marcus "Pooch" Moore, Pinnacle Bail Bonding was born from years of experience in an industry that did not always put the client first. As a child, Marcus was introduced to the bail bonding business by his cousin, an industry veteran, Willie "Boot" Moore. He spent weekends, holidays, and summer vacations watching his cousin run a sucessful bail bonding business by providing a quick, reliable, and professional service to the entire community. It wasn't long before he realized that he wanted to be able to help people through difficult times by providing the very same kind of service. After years of training with other well-respected and widely known names in the Eastern Carolinas like Janet Pugh and Herb Gardner, Marcus Moore was able to learn the importance of superior customer service, professionalism, and dedication.
